ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Standard Shipping (5–12 business days): Free on all orders
Express Shipping (5-8 business days): 4.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
Canada: 7–18 business days
Australia: 10–18 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee and will be billed separately by your local customs office.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@perilight.shop.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@perilight.shop and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Perilight is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@perilight.shop — we will do our best to amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
