RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RESULTS GUARANTEE

We stand behind the Perilight InfraSpark with a 30-day results guarantee. If you use the device consistently for 30 days and do not experience any improvement in skin quality, joint comfort, energy, or sleep, we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at support@perilight.shop within 30 days of your delivery date with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of your experience
• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

We will respond within 3-5 business days with return instructions. Please do not return the device without first contacting us, as we cannot process refunds for unauthorised returns.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns within the 30-day guarantee period, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

For returns outside the guarantee window (e.g. damaged or defective units beyond 30 days), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty upon arrival.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned devices should be sent back in their original packaging where possible. We do not require items to be unused to qualify for a refund under our 30-day results guarantee — this guarantee is designed for customers who have tried the product.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned device and verify receipt, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged unit, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please email support@perilight.shop with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Digital downloads, protocol guides, and bundled accessories that have been opened and used are not eligible for return unless the device itself is also being returned.
